   Welch Serve one hundred and Eighty (day for the time he absented ) to his afd —
   Master Philip Kennard —————

   Thomas Eborn appointed Cunstable of Lower South Sassafras hundred in
   the Room of William Jones —————
   James Bradley Son to James Bradley late deceased being formerly bound
   to Thomas Usher of this County till he arrived at the age of Twenty one yeares.
   and to learn him a trade But the Sd Thomas being lately deceased and the —
   Wid.w not being Capable of giveing the Sd Orphan the trade her decd husband
   was to learn him And the Sd orphan being at Court and Saith that his time
   is near Served and prays he may be Cleard from the Sd Wid.w. M.r William Comegys
   one of the Commiss.rs of this Court Saith that the Wid.w afd informed him She.
   was willing the Sd orphan Should go from her provided She might be Cleared.
   from all things her husband was to do for him.   on which Margret Bradley .
   mother of the Sd orphan Comes into Court and prays that the Sd orphan may be
   there from discharged and that She may have the tuishon of her Sd Son againe
   And Saith that She doth discharge the Executors or Administrators of the Sd
   Thomas Usher dec.d from what he ye Sd Thomas was to learn him as also from
   any other Claime or prtence whatsoever —————
    M.r William Pott. absent — on the tryal of the following Accõn—
    William Pearce - | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the
           at. | third day of August in the thirteenth Yeare of the Reigne of her
   Edward Rotherford | late Majestie Anne &ca. That he take Edward Rotherford late


of Kent County afd Marriner if he Should be found in his Baylwick
   & him Safe keep So that he have his body before her Said late Majesties of the next Court
   to be held at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto William
   Pearce of a plea of Trespass upon the Case hereof he was not to faile and that he was
   to have then and there the Said Writt &ca.    .    .    .    .    . Att which Said next Court viz
   the Second day of November in the first yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George
   King of Great Brittaine &ca. the day of Return of Said writt Came William Frisby Gen[t]
   high Sherf of Sd County and made Return thereof in these words thereon endorsed
