                                         March Court 1714
   came over the Bay . The Sd Thomas Rusell aprs. in his proper person to ye Same.
   and prays that he may be discharged from the Same   ordered by the Court here
   that the afd Thomas Russell be Discharged from the Same Committment.
   Thomas Russell afd his Committment from Cap.t William Pott beareing date the
   16.th day of Febry Last. before whom was adjudged to be a runaway and Suspected
   Concerning the death of a certain Henry Baker as they Came over the Bay &ca. The.
   Said Thomas is by this Court here discharged &ca.
    But. for as much as the truth of the matter cannot at present be certainly —
   known this Court orders that the Sd Thomas Rusel find good Securety for his apce.
   and good behaviour to the adjourned Court which will be to the first tuesday in—
   Aprill next if not Mr William Frisby Sherf of Said County keep ye Sd Thomas in—
   Safe Custody to y.e afd.

   James Course appointed ovear Sear the Road from J:V: by the paper.
   Tree to Col. Edward Blays new Roads and all other Roads within the Said Road.
   and a Road from Steale Pone [?] to Bateman Branch in the Room of Richd.

   John Ellis ——
   Simon Wilmer appointed over Sear the Road from the Court house to Morgans.
   Creek Mill and So to his own Mill and from the Mill to the Court house in Room of.
   William Bateman——   ———
   Ebenez.r Blackiston appointed Cunstable of Worton hundred and Comes
   into Court and takes the Oath of Allegiance and Supremacy the Oath of adjuration &
   the Accustomed Oath of Cunstable in Room of Benjamin Griffith——— .
   ———
   M.r Philip Kennard of Said County Comes into Court and brings his Servant Man
   William Welch and Saith that the Same hath absented from his Service without leave.
   Eighteen days And the Sd William Saith that he hath absented as afd and Saith that
   he Cannot gainsay the time afd. and the Sd Philip prays Judgment on the Same ——
   Therefore it is Considered by the Court here viz.t this third day of March —
   Annoque Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and fourteen That the afd William~
