   M.r William Frisby Sherf. orders the Electors to proceed to there pole Between
   M.r Andrew Hamilton and M.r Daniel Pearce.   And the Poles on both Sides being —
   Examined M.r Andrew Hamilton Carrys the Same by Severall voates and M.r William—
   Frisby gives notice of the Same on which the Indentures for the Sd M.r Andrew ——
   Hamilton is Signed in due forme by the Sherf and Electors.    and now this Court
   Adjourns to the Twenty Sixth day of Aprill next .

           Att a Court held for Kent County at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said
   County on the first day of March and Continued the Second third and fourth days of the Same .
   month in the first Year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George by the Grace of God -
   of Great Brittaine France and Ireland King Defender of the faith &ca. In the Year of~
   our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and fourteen Before .

   and the Persons therein mentioned are Called into Court viz.t M.r James Harris Mr Will.m
   Pott M.r Edward Scott. Mr. William Comegys M.r Michael Miller M.r S.t Leager Codd M.r Will.m
   Blay M.r Lambert Wilmer and the afd Commission is read as foll viz.t
     George by the Grace of God of Great Brittaine Ffrance and Ireland King Defender of
   the Ffaith &ca. To James Harris William Pott Edward Scott William Comegys Michael Miller
   S.t Leager Codd William Blay & Lambert Wilmer of Kent County Gent- Greeting Know .
   Yee that we have Assigned you and every of you Joyntly and Severally our Justices
   to keep our peace within our County of Kent. and to make and cause to be kept all—
   ordinances and Statutes as well of that part of our Kingdom of Great Brittaine —
