Estate of Ffourty pounds Sterling on which comes into Court M.r John Moll and takes his Corporall Oath on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God and Saith that he is worth and hath a vizable Estate of Ffourty pounds Sterling in this County Likewise Comes into Court Jonathan Page and takes his Corporall Oath on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God and Saith that he is worth and hath a vizable Estate of Ffourty pounds Sterling in this County Likewise Comes - into Court M.r Thomas Dockery and takes his Corporall Oath on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty. God and Saith that he hath in this County a Goods and Cattells in this County to the value of fourty pounds Sterling at the Least Likewise Comes into Court M.r William Sweatnam and takes his Corporall Oath on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God and Saith that he hath in this County Goods Chattells and Debts in this County to the value of fourty pounds Sterling at. the Lease. Likewise Comes into Court John Wilson and takes his Corporall Oath on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God and Saith that he hath in this County Goods Chattells and Debts to - the value of Ffourty pounds Sterling at the least Likewise Comes into Court M.r Joseph Milby and takes his Corporall Oath on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God and Saith that he is worth and hath a vizable Estate of Ffourty pounds of Sterling in this County Likewise Comes into Court William Dicas and takes his Corporall Oath on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty. God and Saith that he is worth and hat A vizable Estate of Ffourty pounds Sterling in this. County on which the Poles on both Sides being Examined The Sherife adjourns this Court tell tomorrow morning tenn of the Clock March the first the Court againe meets
M.r William Frisby Sherf. proceeds to Examine the Poles that was given in Yesterday. And more People being added to both. and it appears that the poles on both Sides being near alike that by a Genrall voice both the Said Parties are to go as Deligates viz.t M.r James Harris and Mr William Blay. and there Indentures are Signed by the Sherf. and Electors. in due forme &ca. The Electors do further proceed and bring in M.r S.t Leager Codd there being no opposition the Indentures for him is Signed in due. forme by the Sherf. and Electors. &ca. And do futher proceed and bring in Mr Daniel Pearce and M.r Andrew Hamilton and the voaters on each Side desire a pole which is granted The Sherrife adjourns this Court tell to morrow morning tenn of the Clock -
