   the afd writt of Election which is by the Clarke of the Court Read for the Chooseing —
   four deputys or Deligates to Serve in a Genrall Assembly at the Citty of Annopolis
   the Twenty Sixth day of Aprill next &ca. In Pursuance to the Same This Court doth
   appoint Munday the Twenty eighth of this Instant February to meet at about tenn a
   Clock in the morning at the County Court house and Proclamation being made by the .
   under Sherife in due form And Thereupon this Court adjourns to the Same day last mentioned

     Att A Court Held for Kent County at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County -
   on the Twenty Eighth day of February in the first Year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George
   by the grace of God of Great Brittaine Ffrance and Ireland King Defender of the Ffaith &ca.
   Annoq Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fourteen   This day by the appointment of the :
   Court and the adjournment of the Same to this day by vertue of a Writt of Elections from his Ex.cy
   John Hart Esquier for the Chooseing four deputy or deligates to Serve in a Genrall Assembly to
   be held at the Citty of Annopolis ye Twenty Sixth day of Aprill next in Pursance to the Same
   Writt viz.t

     Whereas it was appointed by a Court held at the Court house the fourteenth day
   of February last that this day was four Deputys or Deligates to be Chosen It is ordered —
   that the Electors be Called to heare the writ of Election Read and Proclamation being —
   made by the Undersherife of this County and a large appearance The Same Writt is Publique
   read in open Court The Which being performed the Court giveth the Electors Some Caution and —
   order them to Proceed Mr William Blay and Mr James Harris being voated for And the -
   voaters on each Side Desire a pole which is granted and upon Examining M.r William
   Blays Pole there being Some persons on ye Same that is not known to have A vizable
   Estate of fourty pounds Sterling on which the Sherife prays that If Such persons thinks —
   fitt to Stand on the Same that they will give Oath that they are worth and have in th[is]
   County a vizable Estate of Fforty pounds Sterling on which Comes into Court Daniel Perkins
   and takes his Corporall Oath on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God and Saith that he is
   worth and hath a vizable Estate of fourty pounds of Sterling in this County Likewise Comes.
   int Court. M.r Thomas Bowne of this County And takes his Corporall Oath on the Holy Evangilists
   of Almighty God and Saith that he is worth and hath a vizable Estate of fourty pounds.
   Sterling in this County — After which upon Examining M.r James Harris?s pole there being
   also Some Persons on the Same that is not knowne to have a vizable Estate of Ffourty -
   pounds Sterling on which the Sherife- prays that If Such persons thinks fitt to Stand on
   the Same that they will give Oath that they are worth and have in this County a vizable
