                                         June Court 1714
   Warrant Issued To ye Cunstable of Worton hundred Accordingly
   Francis Barney Senr. an Evide. agt Saml. Exell [?] being Called aprs. in proper .
   person in Court ordered by the Court here that he Enter into Recognizance to -
   appear to give Evide. any time before the Grand Jury is Discharged
   Francis Barney afd Comes into Court and Acknowledges himselfe Indebted to
   her Majesties Queen Anne her heirs and Successrs. in the Sume of five pounds
   Sterlg to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands & Tenements Conditionally
   that if he do not appeare & give his Evidence on her Majesties Behalfe any
   time before ye Grand Jury is Discharged wherew.th he acknowledges himselfe
   to be Contented ——
      ordered by the Court here that Francis Barney Junior enter into Recognizance .
   to appear to give Evide. any time before ye Grand Jury is Discharged .
      Francis Barney Junior afd Comes into Court and Acknowledges himselfe indebted
   to her Majestie Queen Anne her Heirs and Successrs. in the full & Just Sume of
   five Pound Sterlg to be Leveyd on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenemts.
