   William Ford Acknowledges a Lease of halfe a plantacõn which he
   rented of Mr. Thomas Bodley for tenn years. to Henry Munk of Said County

   Warrant ag.t Mary Parker & Joan Maguer to be brought before this Court to
   give Evidence on her Majesties Behalfe afd the Grand Jury   The Same made
   out and returnd by the Sherf Executed .

   on her Majesties Behalfe —————

        Proclamation for the Cunstables to appear who do appear as [follows]
   William Johnson Morgans Creek hundred Edward Beck Junior of Lower Langford[s]
   Bay - hundred John Ball of Langfords^Bayupr. hundred Arthur Foreman—
   of Chester hundred Benjamin Griffith of Worton hundred Thomas Pryer
   of upper South Sassafras hundred Edward Davis of Easter Neck hundred .they
   all appear and Saith they have [no]thing to offer to the Grand Juyr —
    ordered by the Court here that the Clarke of this Court make out a Warrant
   for the following Evidences (on her Majesties Behalfe (by ye Information of
   a Certain Phillip Kennard agst a Certaine Darby Whaland ) as folls viz David
   Young Nichs Tippett Mary Browning William Jones Hannah Jones Richard -
   Hubanks Ruth Alford Timothy Slauter and Such other Evidences as the afd.
   Philip Kennard Shall think fitt to nominate to the Cunstable Warrant Issued
   & Directed to William Jones of Lower South Sassafras hundred Cunstable & order
   by the Court here that Philip Kennard Junr. Delivr. ye above warrt. to the .
