Francis Cooke Vivian Beck & William Glanvill all Sworn as Evides on her Majesties Behalfe to ye Grand Jury ordered by the Court here That Warrant Issue for Francis Barney Junr & Robert Hutchens to give Evide on her Majties. Behalfe to ye Grand Jury Warrt. Issued at ye Request of Phill Kennard ag.st Darby Whaland Att the Request of Mr. Thomas Bowne one of ye Attry of this Court a Writt is prayd to [be] Returnable during the Court Sitting at the Suite of John Hayden agst Peter Mercy Trespass upon the Case which is Granted and Issued &ca. Daniel Dyer of this County Comes into Court and takes his Corporall Oath on the holy Evangilists of Almighty God that he being as an Evidence to a Power of Attorney from Josiah Sutton and his wife to William Trew to make over Land to Dennis Clarke And that he did See the Same Powr. of attorney Sealed and Deliv.rd by the Said Josiah Sutton & his wife for ye uses in ye Same Contained and Likewise on ye Oath afd Saith that he did See Nathaniel Berry an otherr. Evidence to ye Sd Power of Attorney Signe at ye Same time William Trew as Attorney of Josiah Sutton and his wife and in there Behalfe Do Acknowledge a Deed of Conveyance of part of Two tracts of Land viz part of a Tract of Land Called [Averdon?] which formerly belonged to Daniel Sullivaine [?] & by him Sold to James Wroth Deceased [illegible] fifty Acres of ye Same Sold to John Sutton and the other Tract Called [Prices?] Lott fifty Eight Acres. to Dennis Clarke. of this County Daniel Dyer of this County Comes into Court and takes his Corporall Oath . on the holy Evangilists of Almighty God that he being an Evidence to a Power of Attorney from Josiah Sutton & his wife to William Trew to make over Land to John [?] Sutton And that he did See the Same Power of Attorney Sealed &ca.
