   [The afd] Darby Whaland And the Said Philip Kennard in his proper person Comes.
   into Court & appears to ye. Same .    ordered by the Court here that the -
   Same Recognizance be Discharged &ca.
     Philip Kennard afd his Recognizance beign taken in the Sume of Tenn pds
   Sterlg &ca. at the Same day Last mentioned for his appearance to this present Court
   to prosecute on her Majesties Behalfe against the afd Darby Whaland The Said
   Recognizance is by this Court here Discharged &ca.
      Court adjourns an hour /    Againe meets .
