   Leveyed on her goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if She do .
   not appear any time during this Court Sitting to give his Evidence on her Majesties

   Majesties ag.st the afd Chr.r to give Evid.e to the Grand Jury
        Robert Maccay Comes into Court and Acknowledges himselfe Indebted to her
   Majestie Queen Anne her heirs & Successrs. in ye Sume of five pounds Sterllg to be

   and appears to the Sd Recognizance . . . ordered by the Court here that the Said —
   Recognizance & his Surtys Recognizance for his app.ce be Discharged &ca.
      Darby Whaland afd his Recogniz.e being taken in ye Sume of Tenn pounds
   Sterll. the Same day Last mentioned for his appearance to this present Court and
   then to Answer unto all Such things as Shall at the Same Court be objected agst.
   him on Susspition of felony and other Misdemeanors relateing to her Majesties Peace
   &ca. And that in ye mean time he is to be of good behaviour to all her Majesties
   good people and Especially to Philip Kennard of Said County &ca. This Court—

      Likewise William Jones and Benjamin Blackledge Each Entred into Recog.e
   in the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterllg. &ca. for ye app.ce of the afd Darby Whaland -
   at this Court &ca To Answer as afd The Said Recognizance is by this Court here -
   Discharged &ca.
        Philip Kennard   the thirtieth day of May Last Entred into Recognizance
   in the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterlg to prosecute on her Majesties behalfe agst.
