   Small payles value Sixty pounds of Tobacco also one Auger one Chissell value Twenty five
   pounds of Tobacco also eight pounds of old Iron value Eight poundsw of Tobacco also one-
   old Barrell value thirty pounds of Tobacco Attacht in the hands and Possession of a Certain
   Robert Jones also three Iron Wedges in ye hands and possession of William Simson—
   value thirty pounds of Tobacco Amounting in ye Whole to twelve hundred fourty and four
   pounds of Tobacco and have made known to ye above named James Boyer Robert—
   Jones and William Simson that they be and appear at ye time and place within mentioned
   to Shew cause if any they have why the Said goods and Chattells Should not be Condemned
   in there hands before George Murphey and Hapton Williams good and Lawfull men of
   my Baylwick as ye within Writt Exacteth and Requireth &ca. pr Wm Frisby Sherf.
   and now at the Same Court viz.t this fourth day of Novemb.r the Same yeare Last—
   mentioned Came the Said Plt. by Thomas Bowne his attry and Prays Condemnation of the
   above mentioned Goods and Chattells and Creditts as the Rights of the afd Deft~.
   Attached in the hands of James Boyer Robert Jones and William Simson . The Said
   James Boyer Robert Jones and Williamson being Solemnly Called to Shew Cause if any
   they or any of them had why What was attached in there or any of there hands.
   Should not be Condemned to the use of the afd Plt. But the Said James Boyer
   Robert Jones and William Simson not appearing to the afd Attachment nor the
   return on the Same Nor any person in there^orany of there behalves doth
   not appear to Shew cause why the afd Goods Chattells & Creditts Attached in
   there hands as afd Should not be Condemned According to Law for the use of
   the Said Plt : . . . Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt.
   the Same day last mentioned that ye afd Sume of Six hundred pounds of Tobacco in the
   hands of James Boyer (as the Right of the afd John Budd) be Condemned to ye use of the
   Said Plt and that the Said Thomas Christian have thereof Execution &ca. Also that.
   the afd Goods and Chattells in the hands of a Certain Robert Jones (as the Goods & Chattells
   of the afd John Budd ). to the value of Six hundred and fourteen pounds of Tobacco
   be Condemned to the use of ye afd Plt. and that the Said Thomas Christian have
   thereof Execution &ca. Also the afd three Iron Wedges as the Goods and Chattells of the
   Said Deft in the hands of a Certain William Simson to ye value of thirty pounds of
   Tobacco be Condemned to the use of the afd Plt. and that the Said Thomas Christian have
   thereof Execution &ca. and that ye afd Plt give Surety as in Such Cases is usall . Jams Smith Clk
   Whereupon Comes into Court Charles Hynson of this County and becometh Securety for
   the afd Thomas Christian that if the Said Deft Shall within an year and Day from award:
