    M.r Thomas Tolley of this County brings a Writt of Error . in a Judgment obtained
   in this Court by Nathaniel Hynson as Sherf of the Same County Pl.t against James -
   Wessells for the Sume of Eight Thousand pounds of Tobacco & two hundred & fifty pounds -
   of Tobacco Damages   Cost Six hundred & thirty pounds of Tobacco (beareing date the
   30th. Septembr. Annoque Domi 1714 And ye Sd Writ of Error Signed Edmd Benson Regr.-
   Council . - (Tho Bordley ) . The Same Writ of Error being read This Court orders
   that the Clarke of this Court make out the Judgm.t by Tomorrow &ca —— -
   The Grand Jury Returns to the Barr and being Called over do all appear and
   Delivers   to this Court one Bill of Indictment found against Catharine Kelley of
   Said County for Committing fornication and haveing been delivered of a base born Child
   and to the Same bill was ye Evidences as foll vizt Nicho Poor & Rose his wife Thomas
   Kelley & Katharine his wife   Endorsed   Saml Wallis foreman——
      Robert Meeks & Benjamin Griffith as Evidences on his Majesties behalfe Sworn
   to the Grand Jury &ca
      Mary Hull Daughter of Joseph Hull late of Said County deceased the Said Mary being
   twelve years old the fifth day of June Last is bound by Indenture tell She arrives at—
   Age of Sixteen Yeares or day of Marriage which Shall first happen to Oliver Higenbotom
   of Said County . the Same Indenture is Signed in open Court . and Acknowledged &ca
