   haveing Warned Joseph Guizard [?] of Langfords Bay to work on the afd Road Neglects and Doth not —
   Come According to warning, ordered by this Court here that the Clarke of this Court Issue Sumons to
   Answer unto the above Complaint &ca ——
        Proclamations for the Cunstables and Sent to the Grand Jury that had any
   thing to offer &ca ——
      Elizabeth Graces haveing a Son which She hath bound by Indenture to Saml.
   Barry of this County tell he Shall arrive at ye Age of twenty one yeares the .
   afd Elizabeths Son is Called Robert Graves being three years old the first day of
&sn ext Aprill : The Said Elizabeth Acknowledges the Same Indenture here to be her Act~

    Catharine Gear of Easter neck hundred (Serv.t to M.r Thomas Tolley of Said County) for .
   haveing a base born Child the Same presentment Signed Saml Wallis foreman—
    Margret Cocks of upper South Sassafras hundred (hireling[?] to Alexander Mackey of Sd County) for
   haveing a base born Child The Same presentment Signed Saml Wallis foreman—
    Rachel Dutitree of Easter neck hundred (Serv.t to John Blackiston of Said County ) for haveing
   a base born Child the Same presentment Signed Saml Wallis foreman——
    The Grand Jury being Still at the Barr and being Asked whether they were willing
