                                                   November Court 1714
   Tanner for Comitting the afd offence of fornication be whypt and have on her bare back -
   twenty lashes well layd on her back tell the blood appeare And also pay to the officers of .
   this Court the Sume of one hundred and Sixty nine pounds of Tobacco Costs accrueing on ye.

   Likewise it is Considered by the Court here viz the Same day last mentioned That—
   William Frisby Gentleman high Sherf of Said County take the afd Tabitha Tanner into Custody
   and Carry her to ye publique whyping post and there to Receive on her bare back the Lashes .
   in the above Judgment and when Executed to bring her into Court Againe
      Att which Said Court (to witt_ the Same day last mentioned afterwards Came the afd -
   William Frisby Sher and made returne of his precept against the afd Tabitha Tanner as foll.
   vizt. In all things Executed pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf. ——
      ordered by this Court here that the above Tabitha Tanner as being at present—
   a Servant to Certain William [Dicas?] of this County . that She go to her Said Master againe
      ordered that the Said William [Dicas?] be paid by the Said Geffrey Wilson the begetter
   of ye afd Child ~ the Sume of four hundred pounds of Tobacco for the trouble of his
   house in time of her lying in Disgrace and loose of the time of the afd Tabitha—
        It is ordered by this Court here That the Clarke of this Court Issue .
   a precept to the Cunstable of Easter neck hundred to take the afd Geffrey Wilson~
   to be Returnable to next Court to Answer ye Premises above against him—
                                                                                                                    Jams Smith Clk .

   Mr William Ringgold being overs.r of the Main Road from Thomas Joce’s to
   Langfords Bay Mill   Complains to this Court that he haveing Warned James Smith of
   Langfords Bay to work on the Same Road Neglects and doth not Come According to .
   Warning . ordered by this Court here That the Clarke of this Court Issue Summones to .
   the Sherf to Warne the Said James to appeare at the next Court held for this County to —
   Answer unto ye above Complaint &ca
   The Same M.r William Ringgold as being oversear afd Complains to this Court Also that he.
   haveing Warned John Pryer of Langfords Bay to worke on the afd Road   Neglects and doth not
   Come According to Warning .   . ordered by this Court here That the Clarke of this Court—
   Issue Sumons to the Sherf to Warn the Said John Pryer to apepare at the next Court~
   held for this County to Answer unto the above Complaint &ca.
   The Same M.r William Ringgold as being oversear afd Compalins to this Court Also that he -
