   on Which this Court orders that the Clarke of this Court at next November Court ensueing
   and So Yearly Do Transmit the Dockets together with the Cause of Continuances as by the
   Same Lettr. is Commanded &ca ——
           Proclamation that the Grand Jury be Called who being Called Likewise Came

   Abraham Redgrave William Elmes Thomas Hynson William Worrell Oliver Higenbotom
   Robert Parkes John Green Hanse Hanson William Pope Philip Pryer Thomas Piner Richard
   Mason William Boyer . The Same Jury being Sworn This Court gives them a Charge
   and Go out to Consider if any presentments-
   Mary Hull daughter of Joseph Hull late of Said County deceased being in August
   Court 1713 bound^by Indentureto William Tippens of Queen Annes County and The Same Tippens
   being Since deceased And now at this Court Comes Ann Tippens Widdow of the
   Said Tippens And brings the Said Mary and Delivers her to this Court & .
   this Court Discharged the Said Tippens from A Certain bond that he gave to
   this Court to Comply with the above Indenture between the afd Mary Hull
   and the afd William Tippens &ca ——
     Daniel Hull Son of Joseph Hull afd above mentioned being in August Court 1713 bound^by Indenture
   to ye afd William Tippens of Queen Annes County And the Same Tippens being Since deceased
      And now at this Court Comes Joseph Hull brother of the Said Daniel And brings the
   Said Daniel and Delivers him to this Court and this Court Discharges the Said William
   Tippens from a Certain Bond that he gave to this Court to Comply with the above —
   Indenture between the afd Daniel Hull and the afd William Tippens &ca —
           Notice that the Levey is to be layd on fryday next and that the Clarke
   of this Court Sett up a note at the Court house doore to give notice of the Same .
   King —— |   Being Delivered of a base born Child makes her personall appear.e
     at | in open Court .    ordered by the Court here that the Said . .
   Tabitha Tanner | Tabitha Prove the Begetter of her afd Child And that the —
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | Clarke of this Court Ent.r what She Saith   the Said Tabitha
   Tanner Comes into Court and takes her Corporall Oath on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God .
   and Saith that a Certain Geffrey Wilson of this County was the person that begatt the afd Child
   on her body . Therefore it is Considered by the Court here viz this third day of~
   Novemb.r Annoque Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and fourteen That the Said Tabitha
