   Accustomed Oath of Cunstable &ca.
   Benjamin Griffith Cunstable of Worton hundred is Sworn as afd &ca.
   William Johnson Cunstable of Morgan’s Creek hundred Sworn as afd &ca—
   William Jones Cunstable of Lower South Sassafras hundred Sworn as afd .
   Edward Davis Cunstable of Easter neck hundred Sworn as afd
   George Sanders appointed Cunstable of upper South Sassafras hundred in the .
   Room of Thomas Pryer . The Said George Comes into Court and is Sworn as afd -
   James Davis appointed Cunstable of Chester . hundred in the Room of Arthur.
   Foreman The Said James Comes into Court and is Sworn as afd -

      Mr William Comegys being one of the Justices mentioned in the above Dedimus is
   Called to takes the Oaths as is usuall and the Oath of Abjuration as by the Same dedimus is
   directed Comes into Court and this Court desires him to take ye Same Oaths on which .
   he Says that he at present will not take the afd Oaths he being at present not——
   Satisfied as to the Oath of Abjuration—
      Daniel Malloye Comes into Court and takes his Corporall Oath on the Holy .
   Evangilists of Almighty God and Saith that his Accompt is Just and true as it Stands Stated.
   against Patrick Burk for the Sume of Eighteen hundred pounds of Tobacco and that he .
   hath Received no part thereof —
           Court adjourns to morrow morning eight Clock .

                                         City of Annapolis June 28.th 1714

     Worshipfull Gent.n/   I am Commanded by his Excellency in Council to Acquaint you that~
   he requires You forthwith to Certifie unto him What Causes are depending before you~
   and also that you give him Some Reasonable Accot. why the Said Causes are not Determined
           His Excellency in Council is Likewise pleased to Order as it is hereby ordered that~
   the Clarke of your County Court Yearly Transmitt to him A Docquett of all the Causes in
   that year    brought you and the Reason of your Severall Continuances and
