   appearance to this Court as an Evidence on her Majesties Behalfe against the afd
   Darby Whaland the Said Recogniz.e is by this Court here Discharged &ca.

   But now at this Court it’s Represented that the Said Darby hath made a breach~
   of his Recogniz.e Since last Court it not being Proved Sufficiently But the Court—
   here orderes that he the Said Darby ent.r into Recognize. for his appearance to
   next Court and good behaviour in ye meant time and the Said Darby haveing not Surety
   ready is by this Court Committed into the Custody of William Frisby Gentn high Sherf
   of Said County untill he Shall give Surety for his appearance to ye next Court
   and good behaviour in the mean time and Especially not to frequent the Dwelling
   Plantacõn of Philip Kennard of Said County Merchant
    Darby Whaland afd Comes into Court and Acknowledged himselfe indebted to
   her Majestie Queen Anne her heires and Successors in the full and Just Sume of Twenty pounds
   Sterlg. to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally [that?] if [he]
   do not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County and [that?]
   in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour to all her Majesties Liege people and
   Especially to Philip Kennard of Said County Merchant and to Not to frequent the .
   Dwelling Plantacõn of the Said Philip Kennard and to Answer unto all Such—
   things as Shall be objected against him on behalfe of her Majesty wherewith.
   he Acknowledges himselfe therewith to be Content~ .
    Likewise Came into Court John Heading [?] and Laughlinn Flynn   both of Said County
   and Acknowledges themselves indebted to her Majestie Queen Anne her heires and —
   Successors in the full and Just Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg each to be Leveyed on
   there goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Darby Whaland
   Shall not appear at the next Court for Said County and that in the mean time to be of
   good behaviour to all her Majesties good people and Especially to Philip Kennard of
   Said County and not to frequent the Dwelling Plantacõn of the afd Philip and to .
   Answr. as afd. wherew.th they Acknowledge themselves to be Content— .
