Darby Whaland afd his Recognizance being taken in ye Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg &ca. at ye last Court for his appearance to this present Court and that in ye mean time he was to be of good behaviour to all her Majesties liege people and Especially to Philip Kennard of . Said County &ca. And to Answer unto all Such things as Should be objected against him on her Majesties behalfe &ca. This Court here discharges ye Said Recognizance Likewise Dennis Sullivane and Dominick Kenslagh Each Entred into Recognizance in ye Sume of five pounds Sterlg each &ca. for the appearance of ye afd Darby Whaland. at this Court and to Answr. as afd The Said Recognizance each of them are by this Court here Discharged &ca William Kennard as an Evidence on behalve of her Majestie against the afd Darby Entered into Recognizance before Cap.t William Pott one of her Majesties Justices of ye Peace for Said County . for his appearance to this Court and now the Said William in his proper person Comes into Court and appears to ye Same ordered by the Court here that ye Said William Kennard Recognizance be Discharged &ca.
