   Likewise Daniel Pearce and Doctor John March Each Entred into Recognizance in
   ye Same of Twenty Shillings Sterlg Each &ca. for ye appearance of the afd John Evans at this
   Court &ca. to be of good behaviour as afd The Said Recognizances each of them are by this
   Court Discharged &ca ——

   Darby Whaland afd his Recognizance being taken in ye Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg &ca. at
   ye last Court for his appearance to this present Court and that in ye mean time he was to be
   of good behaviour to all her Majesties liege people and Especially to Philip Kennard of .
   Said County &ca. And to Answer unto all Such things as Should be objected against him
   on her Majesties behalfe &ca. This Court here discharges ye Said Recognizance
   Likewise Dennis Sullivane and Dominick Kenslagh Each Entred into Recognizance
   in ye Sume of five pounds Sterlg each &ca. for the appearance of ye afd Darby Whaland.
   at this Court and to Answr. as afd   The Said Recognizance each of them are by this —

   William Kennard as an Evidence on behalve of her Majestie against the afd Darby
   Entered into Recognizance before Cap.t William Pott one of her Majesties Justices of
   ye Peace for Said County . for his appearance to this Court and now the Said William
   in his proper person Comes into Court and appears to ye Same    ordered by the Court
   here that ye Said William Kennard Recognizance be Discharged &ca.
   William Kennard Recognizance taken in the Same of five pounds Sterlg. before
   the afd Cap.t William Pott the twenty nineth day of July last for his appearance
   to this Court as an Evid.e as afd against the afd Darby The Said Recognizance is by .
   this Court here Discharged &ca &3151
   Timothy Slauter at ye Same time as an Evidence on behalfe of her Majestie
   against the afd Darby Whaland Entred into Recognizance for his appearance to this
   Court And now the Said Timothy in his proper person Comes into Court and appears to
   the Same . ordered by the Court here that the Said Timothy Slauter Recognizance be~.
