   ye Said Plt. may remain ag.st the Said Garnishe undefended. Therefore it is Considered by ye.
   Court here vizt. the Same day last mentioned that the afd fifteen hundred thirty two pounds
   of Tobacco in the hands of Peter Green afd as ye Rights & Creditts of ye afd Sr Robert——
   Dunckley be Condemned for ye use of the afd Plt. And that the Said Margret Smith—
   have thereof Execution &ca —— She the Said Plt. giveing Securety as in Such Case in —
   required &ca. Whereupon Cometh into Court William Frisby of this County & becometh
   Surety for the afd Margret Smith that if the Said Deft. Shall within an year and day
   from awarding the Same Attachmt Came in and appear to ye orriginal Accõn & make it
   appear that She the Said Margret Smith hath been and is Satisfied ye Demand afd or
   Shall otherwise in Court discompt or barr of Said Plt. of ye Same or any part thereof
   She the Said Margret Shall make Restitucõn of the above fifteen hundred thirty .
   two pounds of Tobacco Condemned as afd or ye value thereof &ca.
   Condemned 1532lb Tobo. }
