August Court 1714 32 Shall happen that ye Sd William Frisby Shall obtaine Judgm.t against the Said Mary Bowles in the Said Accõn of Trespass upon the Case and the Said Mary the Condemnation Shall not Satisfie nor herselfe to ye Custody of the Coroner of Said County deliver or that the Said Nathaniel Dyer or George Hastins or either of them the body of the Said Mary Bowles Shall not render &ca. And the Said Mary Comes into Court and appears to ye above Accõn and prays Liberty - thereof to imparle thereto and to Answer at next Court which is granted the Same day is Given~ the plt. also
granted The above Accõn agreed and that all proceedings therein Cease &ca
keepe the Said Deft. in Safe Custody untill he Shall give Special Bayle to ye above Accõn After which Lambert Wilmer of Said County here in Court cometh and Acknowledgeth himselfe as Special Bayle to ye afd Accõn and doth undertake for the Said Philip Pearse the payment of ye [illegible] and Cost if it Shall happen that the Said John Green Shall obtain Judgment agst the Said Philip Pearse in the Said Accon of Trespass upon the Case and the Said Deft. ye Condemnation afd Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody of the Sherf. of Said County deliver or that the Said Lambert Wilmer the body of the Said Deft. Shall not render &ca. . And the Said Philip Pearse Comes into Court and in his proper person & appears to the above Accõn and prays Liberty thereof to imparle therto and to Answer at next Court which is granted the Same day is given the plt. also.
