                                              August Court 1714
   Shillings in the hands of Dominick Kenslagh in ye Return of ye afd Attachment mentioned on the
   Rights & Creditts of the afd Sr Robert Dunckley . And the afd Samuel Thomas and Dominick
   Kenslagh being Solemnly Called to appear to the afd Attachment as Garnishes of the afd Sr Robert-
   Dunckley to Shew cause if any they have why the afd two Severall Sumes Attached in there hands .
   Should not be Condemned According to Law for the use of the afd Plaintife James Smith   And the .
   Said Samuel Thomas and Dominick Kenslagh they both Come into Court in there proper Persons and
   Saith that they cannot gainsay the afd Attachment and return on ye Same Attachment mentioned as to ye.
   money Attached in there hands And they are indebted to ye afd S.r Robert Dunckley the afd money .
   Attached in there hands and is willing the Same Should be Condemned for the use of ye Said Plt
   Therefore it is Considered by the Court here viz.t the Same day Last mentioned That the afd
   fourty Shillings Sterlg money of Great Brittaine in the hands of Samuel Thomas be Condemned for the use
   of the afd Plaintife as also Seventeen Shillings Sterl.g money of Great Brittaine in the hands of -
   Dominick Kenslagh be Condemned for the use of the afd Plt. And that the Said James Smith have .
   Execution of the above two Severall Sumes as ye Rights & Creditts of Sr Robert Dunckley .
   he the Said James Smith giveing Securety According to Law in Such Case made &ca- Whereupon .
   cometh into Court Charles Hynson & William Frisby of Said County & Becometh Surety for the afd James
   Smith that if the Said Deft. S.r Robert Dunckley Shall within an year and Day from awarding the .
   above Attachment Come in and appear to ye original Accõn and make it appear that he the Said .
   James Smith hath been and is Satisfied ye Demand afd or Shall otherwise in Court Discompt or barr
   the Said James of ye Same or any part thereof he the Said James Shall make Restitucõn of the .
   above Money— Condemned as afd or ye value thereof &ca ——

   Mary Bowles — | Court being Called Came And the Said Plt Came and Shewed to this Court

   Special Bayle to y.e afd Accõn which is granted And that William Blay one of the Coroners of Sd.
   County keep ye Said Mary Bowles in Safe Custody untill She Shall give Special Bayle to ye.

    After which Nathaniel Dyer and George Hastins of Said County here in Court Cometh and .
   they and either of them Acknowledges themselves as Special Bayle and they and either of .
   them doth Undertake for the Said Mary Bowles ye Payment of the Damages and Costs if it
