   here vizt. the Same day last mentioned That The afd Plt Thomas Christian have an Attachment
   against the Said Deft John Budds Goods and Chattells Rights & Creditts for the afd Sume
   of Twelve hundred pounds of Tobacco Debt and also the Sume of Two hundred and Sixty .
   four pounds of Tobacco Cost by the Said Plt. in this behalfe Expended &ca

   Peter Allaby | This being an Accon of Trespass upon the Case The Same writ was
        at | by the Sherf. of Said County endorsed as folls viz Non Est Inventus
   John Budd | pr Wm= Frisby Shf—

   Antho Knowlman | This being an Accõn of Debt for the Sume of four
          — at — | Thousand pounds of Tobacco The Same writ was returnd
   John Jones — | Endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm Frisby Shf—
 ———————— | And the Said Deft being Called Came And the Said —
   Plt. prays that the Said Deft may give Special Bayle to the above Accõn which is granted
   And that William Frisby Gentn high Sherf of Said County keep the Said Deft. in Safe Custody
   untill he Shall give Speciall Bayle to ye afd Accõn
    After which Comes here into Court Edward Worrell and John Williams of Said County And .
   Acknowledges themselves as Speciall bayle for the afd John Jones   and they and either of them
   doth undertake ye payment of the Debt afd & Cost if it Shall happen that the Said Plt. Shall
   obtain Judgment against the Said Deft. in the Said Accõn of Debt and the Said Deft. the —
   Condemnation afd Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County delivr.
   or that they the Said Edward Worrell and John Williams or either of them the body of the Said
   John Jones Shall not render &ca —
    And the Said Deft by John Johnson his attry Comes into Court and appeares to the above
   Accõn and prays liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to answ.r at next Court which is granted the
   Same day is given the Plt also. —

    James Ray | This being an Accon to Render an Accot. The Same writ was by the Sherf
          at | endorsed as foll.s viz Cepi Corpus pr Wm= Frisby. Shf — And the Said
  Mathw Pope~~ | Deft being Solemnly Called Came not on which M.r William Frisby Sher
 —————— | of Said County Assignes the Bayle Bond in open Court - ——
   Philip Kennard | This being an Accõn of Debt for the Sume of Six pounds Eight Shillings &
          at | eight pence The Same writ was by the Sherf of Said County Endorsed as foll.
   George Hill       | viz.t Cepi Corpus pr Wm Frisby Shf. And the Said Deft being Solemnly
   Called Came not   In which this Court Amerces the afd Sherf. the Sume of three Shillings & .
   four pence Currant money
