   Whereas it was appointed by a Court held at the Court house ye twenty Sixth   ——
   day of June Last that day was —— one Deputy or Deligate to be Chosen
   It is ordered that the Electors be Called to heare ye writt of Election Read And —
   Proclamation being made by the under Sherf of this County and a Large [?] appeare.
   The Same writt is Publickly read in open Court The which being performed the
   Court giveth the Electors [Some?] Caution and orders them to Proceed Colo Thomas —
   Smyth and M.r William Blay being Poled one against the other But M.r William
   Blay   Carryes the Same by the Greatest part And his Indentures is Signed by
   the Electors and Sherrife in due forme &ca And this Court adjourns to ye fifth
   day of October next there being Some of the assembly in Court & informed
   this Court that the Assembly is Adjourned to the Same day &ca ——

   Att A Court held for Kent County at the Court house on Chester River in the Towne
   of Chester in Said County on the third day of August in the thirteenth Year of the Reigne of.
   our Sovereigne Lady Anne by the Grace of God of Great Brittaine France and Ireland.
   Queen Defender of the faith &ca. In the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven—
   hundred and fourteen Before.

     Charles Quidley Son to Charles Quidley late of this County deceased is by .
   this Court Putt to John Barnett tell he arrives at the age of Twenty one years
   the Said Charles being five yeares old the Seventeenth day of May Last And the Said .
   John Barnett Comes into Court and Saith that he will learn the Said Charles the Trade.
   of a Shoe maker as also that he Shall within the time afd Saith that he Shall
   be taught to Read write & Cypher and when learnt he Likewise Saith that the
   Said Charles Shall be kept To his afd Trade and his Learning that at the end of .
   his afd time to be Master of his trade and to read well in the Bible to write a fare
   hand and to Cypher as farr as the rule of three
