    Att A Court held for Kent County at the Court house in the Town of Chester
   in Said County on the Twenty Sixth day of June in the thirteenth Year of the -
   Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Anne by the Grace of God of great Brittaine
   Ffrance & Ireland Queen Defender of the faith &ca. Anno Dmi 1714   Before

   This day the Sherrife of this County By Vertue of writ of Election from His
   Excellency John Hartt Esquier Summoned the above three Justices of our Lady
   the Queen for Said County with the Clarke of the Said County Court to Sitt —
   as a Court & to make proclamation when the day of Election is to be &ca.
    and M.r William Frisby high Sherf of this County Produceth the Said writ
   which is Accordingly Read for ye Chooseing one Deputy or Deligate to Serve-
   in a Generall Assembly at the Citty of Annopolis now held In Pursuance to
   the Same This Court doth appoint Tuesday the Sixth day of July next for
   the Chooseing ye Same and Proclamation being made by the under .
   Sherf. in due forme   And also that notes be Sett up at all Publick places to
   give notice of the Same And thereupon this Court adjourns to ye Same Day

   This day by ye appointment of the Court and the adjournment of the Same -
   to this day by vertue of a writt of Election from His Excellancy John Hartt Esquier
   bareing date the twenty third Day of June Last Returnable to ye Assembly now
   held at the Citty of Annopolis for the Chooseing one Deputy or Deligate .
   to Serve in ye Same Assembly in Pursuance to the Same writt viz.t
