                                              June Court 1714                                                  26 
   one Thousand Seven hundred & fourteen That the afd Honour Miller as to
   the above Indictment go thereof without Day and that She be therefrom~
   Acquitted and also Pay ye Sume of nine hundred & Twelve pounds of Tobacco
   Costs on the Premises afd. to the officers of this Court~
      ordered by the Court here that the Said Honour give Surty for the above
   fees to the officers of this Court
    Arthur Pereman of this County here in Court Cometh And Saith that
   he will Pay or Cause to be paid all the ffees Accrueing to the officers
   of this Court on the Premises afd &ca. for the Account of the Said —
   Honour Miller ——

    Recognize taken Yesterday pr this Court for appearance of the Said Honour
   Miller to this Day .    The Said Honour in her Proper Person  Comes into
   Court & appears to the Said Recoge. Honour Miller afd her Recoge being
   taken in the Sume of Twenty pounds Sterling Yesterday for her appearance
   this Day to Answer unto the afd Bill of Indictment- &ca. This Court here —
   Discharges the Same Recognizance &ca.
     Likewise Arthur Foreman and John Jones Each Entred into Recognizance
   in ye Sume of tenn pounds Sterl Each &ca. for ye appearance of the afd Honr.
   Miller this Day to Answer as afd. The Same Recognize Each of them are by
   this Court here Discharged &ca
