                                              June Court 1714
   unknown then & there being found feloniously did take Steal & bear away
   against ye pence of our Said Lady ye Queen her Crown & Dignity & against ye
   forme of an Act of Assembly of this Province in that Case made & Provided &ca.
   TBowne pr Dom Rega——    Evidences Mark Knoble Katharine Gale Jane -
   Parks Elizabeth Distance. [?] On the Back of the proceeding Bill of Indictm.t
   was Endorsed as foll. viz.t A Trew Bill pr Phillp Holeadger foreman~ And the
   Said Honour being Called Came And in her Proper Person appeared to the .
   above Indictment as also her Council with her    And the Indictment afd.
   being Read and Pleads not guilty & for Tryale puts himselfe on the ——
   Country    Honour Miller in proper person
    And he who follows for our Lady ye Queen Says She is guilty ——
                                                                            Bowne pr Doma Rega ——
   Command was therefore given to the Sherf. of Kent County that he .
   Immediately Cause to Come here Twelve &ca. By whome &ca. Who neither
   &ca. To Recognize &ca. Because as well &ca. And the Sherf of Said County Comes
   and makes return that he hath Ready Twelve as he was Commanded -
   who being Called Likewise Came Samuel Thomas Philip Davis —
   Samuel Wickes Daniel Tarrilo James Ryley William Simson Thomas .

   Ringgold Edward Worrell Samuel Tovey John Green Mathew Piner^ which
   Jury being duely Elected tryed & Sworn and haveing heard the ——
   Pleadings Evidences and allegations on Both Sides do Return to the
   Barr and being Called over as also the Prisoner at the Barr who do
   all appear and the Same Jury being Asked whether they are agreed
   on A verdict or not Do Says that they are agreed on A verdict And being
   Demanded whether they ye had found the Prisoner at the Barr —
   Guilty or not Guilty as She Stands indicted Do Say the Prisoner at the
   Barr is not Guilty as She Stands indicted & By Samuel Thomas there
   foreman all So Say— On which the Prisoner by Francis Cooke her .
   Council Prays Judgment on the verdict afd. Therefore it is Considered
   by the Court here vizt this fourth day of June Annoque Domini—
