   &ca. Francis Barney afd Recognize taken in the Sume of five pounds Sterl &ca. at-
   ye time afd mentioned to appear any time while this Court Sitts to give his Evide
   on her Majesties Behalfe to the grand Jury Impanneled &ca. This Court here discharges
   the Same Recognizance &ca.
     Vivian Beck an other Evidence against Same at the Same time Entred into -
   Recognize for his appearance as afd &ca.    And now the Said Vivian in his Proper
   Person Comes into Court & appears to the Same .      ordered by the Court here
   that the Said Recognize be Discharged &ca. Vivian Beck afd Recoge taken in ye.
   Sume of five pounds Sterling &ca. at ye time afd mentioned to appear any time
   while this Court Sitts to give his Evidence on her Majesties behalfe to the Grand
   Jury Impanneled &ca. This Court here discharges the Same Recognizance &ca.
    Francis Barney Junior an other Evidence against Same at the Same time -
   Entred into Recoge for his appce as afd &ca. And now the Said Francis in his proper
   person Comes into Court & appears to the Same.    ordered by the Court here that

   Sterling money two Remna^nts of Dowlase Lining for the price of two Shillings —
   Sterling money two Small Remnants of Searge of ye price of Tenn Shillings -
   Sterling money three aprons one white & two Specled of ye value of three
   Shillings Sterling money two Lining hoods value one Shilling in the whole
   of the value of Twenty one Shillings the goods & Chattells of a Certain Person[s?]
