June Court 1714 ordered by the Court here that Surty be gave for what money is ordered to M.r Thomas Bowne in the Judgment abovesaid being fourty four Shillings & . four pence and the Sd Bowne Consents to take ye Same in Tobacco at one penny pr pound which Amounts to ye Sume of five hundred and thirty two pounds of Tobacco Mary Bowles of this County Widow Comes into Court and Saith that She will Pay unto the afd M.r Thomas Bowne the afd Sume of five hundred & thirty two pounds of Tobacco in discharge of the abovesd forty four Shillings & four pence in the Judgment abovesd ordered to the Sd Thomas Bowne ordered by the Court here that Surty be gave for fees &ca.
