                                         June Court 1714
   ordered by the Court here that Surty be gave for what money is ordered to —
   M.r Thomas Bowne in the Judgment abovesaid being fourty four Shillings & .
   four pence and the Sd Bowne Consents to take ye Same in Tobacco at one penny
   pr pound which Amounts to ye Sume of five hundred and thirty two pounds of
   Tobacco
   Mary Bowles of this County Widow Comes into Court and Saith that She will
   Pay unto the afd M.r Thomas Bowne the afd Sume of five hundred &
   thirty two pounds of Tobacco in discharge of the abovesd forty four Shillings &
   four pence in the Judgment abovesd ordered to the Sd Thomas Bowne
     ordered by the Court here that Surty be gave for fees &ca.
   Mary Bowles afd Comes into Court And Saith that if the Said Samuel
   Exell Doth not pay the officers of this Court there fees accrueing on the
   premises afd that then She will——
      ordered by the Court here that Vivian Beck be allowed the Sume of ninety
   pounds of Tobacco in the next Leavey for his Attendance as an Evidence in the
   afd Cause three days ——
     ordered by the Court here that Francis Cooke be allowed the Sume of Ninety .
   pounds of Tobacco in the next Levey for his attendance as an Evidence in the -
   afd Cause three days
        ordered by the Court here that Francis Barney be allowed the SUme of Ninety pounds
   of Tob.o in ye next Levey for his attendance as an Evid.ce in ye afd Cause three days ——
        ordered by the Court here that Francis Barney Jun.r be allowed ye Sume of Ninety pounds
   of Tobo in ye next Levey for his attendance as an Evide in the afd Cause three days —
      ordered by the Court here that John Jones be allowed the Sume of Sixty pounds.
   of Tobacco in ye next Levey for his attendance as an Evide in ye afd Cause [three] days —
      ordered by the Court here that John Moll be allowed ye Sume of Sixty pounds Tob.o
   in ye next Levey for his attendance as an Evidence in the afd Cause three days —

      Francis Barney Sen.r fore part of this Court as an Evidence on behalfe
   of her Majestie to the Grand Jury against the afd Samuel Exell Entered into.
   Recognizance for his appearance any time dureing this Court Sittinging [?] &
   now the Said Francis Barney in his proper person Comes into Court & appears to
   the Same .    ordered by the Court here that ye Said Recognizance be Discharged
