Last part to be Disposed as followeth viz.t one third part of the Sume to M.r Thomas Bowne Clarke of the Indictments ye Prosecuter (being forty four Shillings and five pence^farthing) another third part of the Sume to M.r Alexander Williamson ([b]eing forty four Shillings and five pencefarthing) and the other & Last third part to Cap.t William Potts (being forty four Shillings and [five] pence^farthing) And also^to paythe Sume of Eleaven hundred fifty Six pounds of Tobacco Cost Accrueing to the officers of this Court on the Premises afd ordered by the Court here that the first third part due to her Majestie be. delivered to the Sherrife of Said County for the use of her Said Majestie and . the Same being Delivered in Court for ye use afd ordered by the Court here that Surety be gave for the Second third part due to the poor in Tobacco at one penney pr pound Amounts to the Sume. of Sixteen hundred pounds of Tobacco . Vivian Beck of this County Comes into Court and Acknowledges himselfe Indebted to the Poor of Saint Pauls Parish in Said County to be . Disposed of at the Discretion of the vestry of the Same Parish at any time after the tenth day of October next Ensueing that Abovesaid Sume of Sixteen hundred pounds of Tobacco in Cask wherew.th the Said Vivian Beck Acknowledges himselfe therew.th to be Content. There being forty four Shillings and four pence ordered to Cap.t William - Pott abovesd in the above Judgment the Said William Pott Comes into Court And Saith that he doth give the Said Samuel the abovesd Sume & desires no Satisfaccõn for the Same Cap.t William Pott Comes into Court and Saith that he will be Surety for what is ordered to Mr. Williamson in the Judgment afd. ordered by the Court here that Cap.t Potts assumption be Entred for the Same Cap.t William Pott afd Comes . into Court and Saith that he will oblige himselfe to See the abovesd forty . four Shilling and four pence in the Judgm.t abovesd ordered to M.r Alexander .
