                                         June Court 1714
   Court a Certificate Concerning the age of an Negro Girl belonging to himselfe
   to be adjudged when She will be at Age According to the Same Therefore it
   is Considered by the Court here viz.t this fourth Day of June Annoque Domini
   one Thousand Seven hundred and fourteen That the afd Negro Girl by ye Certificate
   afd is Sixteen Years of Age next September ———

     A Rule of Court as followeth viz.t That if any Person Or Persons be .
   brought before this Court   As an Evidence in her Majesties Behalfe Either
   by Warrant a Recognizance to give Evidence to the Grand Jury against any
   person & if no Bill be found that Such persons as Evidences Shall be allowed
   from ye Persons Excused thirty pounds of Tobacco p Day for every day they -
   Shall attend this Court not Exceeding three days —

   Mr. Michael Miller & Capt St Leager Codd takes there places & Sitts on the Bench-

   Her Majestie | Recognizance taken pr last Court for his appearance
            —— | to this Court .    The Said Samuel Exell in his proper
           at | Person Comes into Court and appears to the Said Recognize.
   Samuel Exell    | ordered by the Court here that the Said Recognizance .
   & his Suretys Recognizance for his appearance be Discharged
   Samuel Exell afd his Recognizance being taken in the Sume of Twenty —
   pounds Sterling &ca. at ye Last Court for his appearance to this present Court
   and that in the mean time he was to be of good behaviour to all her Majesties
   liege people &ca. And to Answer unto all Such things as Should be objected agst
   him on her Majestie Behalfe &ca. This Court here Discharges the Said Recognize.
      Likewise Richard Davis and John Hendrickson Each Entred into Recognizance
   in the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterling Each &ca. for the appearance of the afd Samuel
   Exell at this Court &ca. To Answer as afd The Said Recognizances Each of them~
   are by this Court here Discharged &ca.
     and the Same Recognizances being Since last Court moved by a Certiorari
   but Since A Procedendo [?] was Sent from the Provincial Court bearing Date
   the twenty fourth day of Aprill Last Signed Jo Beale Clk to proceed in
   the Recognizances and premises against the Sd Samuel Exell as if the
   Same had not been moved by Certiorari
