June Court 1714 22 Cap.t Giles Bond as attorney of M.r Marmaduke Holmes of London and - in his behalfe doth Come into Court and Acknowledged a Deed of Conveyance to Darby Hern [?] for one hundred Acres of Land being Part of Tract of Land Called Mackoakin~
And the Said Darby afterwards Comes into Court and Acknowledges himselfe Indebted to her Majestie Queen Anne her heirs & Success.rs in the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County & to Answer unto all Such things as Shall be objected against him on her Majesties Behalfe and that in ye mean time to be of good behaviour to all her Majesties good people & Especially to Philip Kennard of Said County wherewith he acknowledges himselfe to be Contented. Likewise Comes into Court Dennis Sullivaine & Dominick Kenslagh of this County and Acknowledged themselves Indebted to her Majestie Queen Anne her heirs & Successors in the full & Just Sume of five pounds Sterling Each to be Leveyed on their goods & Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the Said Darby Whaland Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County & to Answer as abovesd and that in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour to all her Majesties good people and Especially to Philp Kennard abovesd wherew.th they both Acknowledged themselves to be therew.th Contented Court adjourns tomorrow morning Eight Clock
