                                         June Court 1714
   ninety pounds of Tobacco to be allowed in the next Leavey for his attendance as an
   Evidence in the afd Cause three days ——
      ordered by the Court here that Rebecah Rye be allowed the Sume of ninety
   pounds of Tobacco to be allowed in the next Leavey for her attendance as an-
   Evidence in the afd Cause three days ——
      ordered by the Court here that Robert Maccay be allowed the Sume of ninety
   pounds of Tobacco to be allowed in the next Leavey for his attendance as an-
   Evidence in the afd Cause three days ——                                       Jams Smith Clk .
   The Grand Jury Returns but Say they have found no Presentments on~
   which they are Discharged and to be allowed att William Glanvills five
   hundred pounds of Tobacco the Same to be allowed him in the next Leavey

  being Called appears to Indictm.t and the Said Honr appear
   Her Majestie | in proper person and is Committed into the Custody of the
        — at | Sherf of Said County by order of the Court
  Honour Miller | ordered by the Court here that She give Surty for her
  —————— | appearance tomorrow w.th Suretys .
    Honour Miller afd Comes into Court and acknowledges her Selfe Indebted to her.
   Majestie Queen Anne her heirs & Successors in the fall and Just Sume of .
   Twenty pounds Sterlg to be Leaveyed on her goods & Chattells Lands and Tenements.
   Conditionally that if She do not make her Personall appearance To morrow at Court-
   to Answer unto a Bill of Indictment on her Majesties Behalfe against her —
   wherew.th She is Contented .
     Likewise Came into Court Arthur Foreman and John Jones of this County.
   and Acknowledged themselves indebted to her Majestie Queen Anne her heirs
   & Successors in the full and Just Sume of tenn pounds Sterling Each to be
   Leaveyed on their goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if
   the Said Honour Miller doth not make her personall appearance at Court to morrow
   to Answer as abovesaid wherewith they Acknowledge themselves Contented ——
   The Said Honour Prays that She may have Council Assinged her w.ch is Granted.
   ordered by the Court here that Francis Cooke one of the Attorneys of this Court
   be Council for the afd Honour Miller ——

   M.r William Blay of this County Comes into Court and Acknowledges a Deed.
   of Conveyance to William Glanvill of this County for two hundred Acres —
   of Land Part of a Tract of Land Called the Grove ——
