   Alford Timothy Slauter Michael Lazel Martha Lazel Andrew Ruddel William—
   Mackglovin Francis Barney Jun.r Robert Hutchins Cornelius Dee they all .
   Sworn as Evidences on her Majesties Behalfe and Sent To the Grand Jury .
   Richard Hubanks being Called Give his Evidence on her Majesties Behalfe
   to the Grand Jury the Said Richard Saith that he will not take the Oath.
   And this Court haveing offered Severall Reasons to him indeavouring thereby
   to perswade him but he Saith he will not~   Therefore it is Considered
   by the Court here vizt this third Day of June Annoque Domini one .
   thousand Seven hundred and fourteen That the Said Richard Hubanks .
   be fined the Sume
   Sterll money for Deneying to take an Oath as an Evid.e on her Majesties
   Behalfe &ca. without he can Shew cause to ye Contrary

   Mr. Thomas Fisby of Cæcil County being an Evidence to A Power
   of Attorney from Mr John Falconar of London to M.r Gilbert Falconar
   in America And now at this Court Came the Said Thomas Frisby into
   open Court and haveing taken his Oath on the holy Evangelists Saith —
   that he did See John Falconar of London Si[gn] Seale and Deliver ye Same
   Power of Attorney for the use therein Contained And further Saith that he
   belives [?] he See Isaac Lowell as an Evidence to ye Same Signe at the —
   Same time ———

      William Kelley Son to Daniel Kelley late of Said County deced.
   the Same William Comes into Court being arrived at the Age proscribed
   by Act of Assembly for orphans to Choose A gardian Prays he may
   be Admitted . which is Granted And the Same William Kelley —
   Chooses Dominick Kenslagh of this County for his Guardian &ca——
