   Kent County Maryland Ss The Jurors for our Sovereigne Lord the King -
   that now is & the body of Kent County upon their Oath do present that~
   Mary Neale of Worton hundred in the County afd Spinster on the first~
   day of March in the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred &
   fourteen at worton hundred in the County afd & within the Jurisdiciõn
   of this Court the fear of God before her Eyes not having but by the—
   Instigation of the Devill did Committ fornication with a Certain James
   Meeks of worton hundred afd to the high Displeasure of Almighty
   God against the peace of our Sovereigne Lord the King that now is his
   Crown & dignity & against the forme of an Act of Assembly of this —
   province now in force in Such Case made & provided Johnson pr Dne Reg.
    Billa vera pr   Edwd Pleasto foreman—
   John Johnson Clarke of the Indictments for this County Court —
   comes into Court and by Consent of the Court orders that the Same
   Indictment be no farther prosecuted there being no Sufficient Evidence
   to maintaine the Same ordered by the Court here that the Same
   be Entred Therefore it is Considered by the Court here
   viz this twenty fourth day of March Anno Domini one Thou:
  :sand Seven hundred and fifteen That the afd Mary Neale as .
   to the afd Indictment~ be therefrom acquited and that She go
   thereof without day Paying the Ffees accrueing to the officers of -
   this Court on the premises afd Amounting to the Sume of Eleaven
   hundred Seventy four pounds of Tobacco ——
