   that She be paid by The Said James one hundred and Twenty pounds
   of Tobacco for his attendance as afd ——

   now at this Court Came the afd Mary and in her proper person &
   appeared to the Same Recognizance ordered by this Court here
   that the Same Recognizance and her Suretys Recognizance for her
   appearance be both discharged
   Mary Neale afd her Recognizance taken in the Sume of tenn—
   pounds Sterling for her appearance as afd to Answer as afd Noe
   person Shewing any cause why the Same Should not be discharged
   This Court here discharges the Same Recognizance
   James Meeks at the Same time afd as Suretie for the Said Mary
   Entred into Recognizance in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg for
   the appearance of the Said Mary to Answer as afd This Court here
   discharges the Same Recognizance
