   Rye Comes into Court and appeares to the Same ordered by this Court
   here that the Said Christopher Rye be discharged .
   Christopher Rye afd being Committed as afd This Court here :
   having heard nothing whereby the Said Christopher Should be —
   detained any longer in Custody This Court here discharges the
   Said Christopher Rye from the Committment afd which bears date
   the twenty fourth day of November last~.

   Robert Stanfield Comes into Court and takes his Corporall~
   Oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God and Saith that his
   Accompt against David Young is Just and true and that the Said
   David was indebted to [him] the Sume of one hundred and ninety
   pounds of Tobacco










   Court adjourns to Court in Course—
