                                    March Court 1715
   Jury being asked whether they are agreed on a verdict do Say they are
   agreed on a verdict and being asked whether they find the Said James Meeks
   guilty or not guilty as he Stands indicted do Say he is not guilty as he Stands
   Indicted and by Thomas Hynson there foreman all So Say The Said James
   by Thomas Bowne his attry prays Judgment on the verdict afd Therefore
   it is Considered by the Court here vizt. this twenty fourth day of March
   Anno Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen That the
   afd James Meeks be acquitted from the Said Indictment and that he
   go thereof without day he paying all the Ffees accrueing on the —
   premises afd to the officers of this Court Amounting to the Sume of -
   Two Thousand Six hundred Eighty two pounds of Tobacco
   Cornelius Royan [?] an Evidence on his Majesties behalfe against James
   Meeks proves that he attended four days   ordered by the Court~
   here that he be paid by the Said James one hundred and Twenty
   pounds of Tobacco for his attendance as afd ———
   Elizabeth Royan [?] an Evidence on his Majesties behalfe against James
   Meeks proves that She attended four days ordered by the Court here
   that She be paid by the Siad James one hundred and Twenty -
   pounds of Tobacco for her attendance as afd
   Alice Faning an Evidence on his Majesties behalfe against James
   Meeks proves that She attended four days ordered by the Court here
   that She be paid by the Said James one hundred and Twenty pounds
   of Tobacco for her attendance as afd -
   Robert Brown an Evidence on his Majesties behalfe against James
   Meeks proves that he attended tenn days ordered by the Court~
   here that he be paid by the Said James Three hundred pounds
   of Tobacco for his attendance as afd ——
   Owin Magraff an Evidence on his Majesties behalfe against
   James Meeks proves that he attended four days ordered by the~~
