    His Majestie | Recognizance taken last March Co.rt
           — at — | for the appearance of the Said James -
   James Meeks — | to the then next Court to Answer unto .
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | a Certain Indictmt. found against him~
   for Committing a Dultery with a Certain Mary Neale and .
   that in the mean time to be of good behaviour &ca. The Same
   being Continued from Court to Court untill this present Court~
   and now at this Court Came the afd James in his proper
   person and appeared to the Same Recognizance ordered by
   this Court here that the Same Recognizance and his Sureties
   Recognizances for his appearance be all Discharged
   James Meeks afd his Recognizance taken in the Sume
   of tenn pounds Sterlg for his appearance as afd to Answ.r as.
   afd Noe person Shewing any cause why the Same Should not
   be discharged This Court here discharges the Same Recoge.
   Francis Meeks at the Same time afd as Suretie for the
   Said James Entred into Recognizance in the Sume of tenn
   pounds Sterl for the appearance of the afd James to Answer
   as afd This Court here discharges the above Recognizance
   Kent County Maryland Ss The Jurors for our Sovereigne Lord
   the King and the body of Kent County upon their Oath do prsent
   that James Meeks of Worton hundred in the County afd—
   Labourer on the first day of March in the year of our Lord one
   Thousand Seven hundred & fourteen at Worton hundred in~
   the County afd within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court the fear of~
   God before his Eyes not haveing but by the Instigation of
