Billa vera pr Edwd Pleasto foreman John Johnson Clarke of the Indictments for this Court Comes into Court and by Consent- of the Same Court orders that the afd Indictment~ be no farther prosecuted ordered by the Court here the Same be Entred Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt. this twenty fourth day of March Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen That the afd Daniel Perkins as to the afd Indictment be there from acquited and that he go thereof without~ day Paying the Ffees to the officers of this Court on the Same Amounting to the Sume of one Thousand forty three pounds of Tobacco Jams Smith Clk ~~~
