   goods & Chattells of a Certain person unknown then & there being
   found feloniously did Steal take and bear away against the peace
   of our Sovereigne Lord the King that now is his Crown & Dignity
   & against the forme of an Act of Assembly of this Province
   in that Case made & provided Johnson pr Dne Rege —
   Evid.es John Jones James Brewer John Heading Samuel Wallis
   Robert Darby Richd Ryley   on the back of the preceeding
   bill of Indictment was Endorsed as folls vizt.   Billa vera—
   pr Edwd Pleasto foreman— John Johnson Clarke of the
   Indictments for this Court Comes into Court and by Consent-
   of the Same Court orders that the afd Indictment~ be
   no farther prosecuted ordered by the Court here the
   Same be Entred Therefore it is Considered by the
   Court here vizt. this twenty fourth day of March Anno
   Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen—
   That the afd Daniel Perkins as to the afd Indictment
   be there from acquited and that he go thereof without~
   day Paying the Ffees to the officers of this Court on the
   Same Amounting to the Sume of one Thousand forty —
   three pounds of Tobacco

   His Majestie | Recognizance 10lb Sterlg Michael Hackett-.
             at | & James Smith Sureties five pounds Each
   Thomas Bowne | for ye apce. Sd Thomas to Answr. unto a Certain
   Bill of Indictmt. found ag.st him for assaulting Benjn Gatchell.
   The Same was by this Court Continued untill next Court~ ——
