                                     March Court 1715
   Stealing And the Same Recognizance and his two Sureties
   Recognizances for his appearance and good behaviour were
   Continued from Court to Court untill this prsent Court And now
   at this Court Came the Said Daniel Perkins and his proper
   person appears to the Same    ordered by this Court~
   here that the Same Recognizance and his Sureties —
   Recognizances for his appearance be Discharged &ca -
   Daniel Perkins afd his Recognizance afd taken at the .
   Same Court afd to Answ.r as afd in the Sume of Tenn~
   pounds Sterling for his appearance as afd & good behaviour
   &ca. No person Shewing any cause why the Same Should not be
   discharged This Court here discharged the Same Recoge.
   Likewise at the Same time Arthur Miller & John Williams
   Sureties for the afd Daniel Perkins Each Entred into —
   Recognizance in the Sume of five pounds Sterlg Each
   for the appearance & Good behaviour of the afd Daniel
   to Answer as afd This Court here Discharges the Same
   Recognizances Each of them——
   Kent County Maryland Ss The Jurors for our Sovereign
   Lord the King that now is & the body of Kent County upon their
   Oath do present that Daniel Perkins of South Sassafrax Lower
   hundred in the County afd Labourer on the tenth day of Decembr
   in the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and four
  :teen at Sassafrax upper hundred in the County afd & within
   the Jurisdiciõn of this Court by force and Armes &ca. Sixteen Hoggs
   of the price of Nine hundred and Sixty pounds of Tobacco of the
