                                    March Court 1715
   prsent Court And now at this Court Came the Said William~
   Smithers in his proper person and appeared to the Said -
   Recognizance ordered by this Court here that the Same —
   Recognizance and his Sureties Recogniznaces for his appce.
   be Discharged
   William Smithers afd his Recognizance taken in the
   Sume of tenn pounds Sterling for his appearance to Novr.
   Court last and Good behaviour in the meane tine the
   Same Court Continued the Same Recognizance to this prsent
   Court And now at this Court the Same Court discharges the
   Same Recognizance
   Likewise at the Same time William Boots and George
   Murphe[e?] Each Entred into Recognizances in the Sume of .
   five pounds Sterling Each for the appearance and Good
   behaviour of the afd William Smithers as abovesd
   the Same being Continued as abovesd This Court~
   here discharges the Said Recognizances Each of them—
   And now at this Court the bill of Indictmt. is as folls vizt
   Kent County Maryland Ss The Jurors for our Sovereigne
   Lord the King that now is & the body of Kent County upon~
   their Oath do present that William Smithers of Morgans -
   Creek upper undred in the County afd Labourer on the tenth
   day of December in the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven~
   hundred and fourteen at Sarsafras upper hundred in the—
   County afd & within the Jurisdicion of this Court by force &
                                                                                         Armes
