Gent~. if he Should be found in his Baylwick & him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Nathaniel Hynson of ye Same place Merchant of a plea that he render him ye full & just Sume of four pounds two Shillings & ten pence Sterling money which to him he oweth & from him unjustly detaineth and five Thousand five hundred Sixty two pounds of Sound Merchantable leafe Tobacco in cask of ye value of Twenty three pounds three Shillings & Six pence Sterling money which he unjustly detains &ca. And that he have then and there the Said writ &ca. . . . Att which Said next Court viz.t the twentieth day of March the Same year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent~ Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as followeth vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Shrf and a Decln being fild when Said writ Issued forth and Copy thereof Served therewith According to Act of Assembly in Such Case made was as folls vizt. Maryland Kent County Ss Thomas Gideon of Kent County Planter alis Dics Thomas Gideon of Kent County Gent- was Summoned to Answer unto Nathaniel Hynson of the Same place Merchant of a plea that he render him ye. full & just Sume of four pounds two Shillings & ten pence Sterling |
