   And the Said Deft~ appeared in his proper person to the above
   accõn and prayd liberty thereof to imparle untill next Court wch.
   was granted the Same day was given the Plt in like manner~~~
   At which Said next Court vizt this twenty fourth day of March—
   Anno Domi 1715 Came the afd Plt by John Johnson his attry afd
   and prayd that the Deft~ might to his Decln afd Answer And the
   Said Deft~ Came into Court and Saith that he Cannot gainsay
   the accõn afd and that he oweth   to the afd Plt the afd Sume of
   four hundred and Sixty Six pounds of Tobacco and is willing that
   Judgment Should be Entred for the Same & Cost thereon accruing
   Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt the
   Same day last mentioned That the afd Plt Edward Hamble[:]
  :ton do Recover against the Said Deft John King as well the
   afd Sume of four hundred Sixty Six pounds of Tobacco the
   Damages afd and also the Sume of three hundred thirty Six
   pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt about his Suite in this
   behalfe Expended and by the Court here of his assent adjudged
   and the Said Deft in mercy &ca
