   have made the Same known before Mich.l Hacket & R.t~ Darby good and
   Lawfull men of my Baylwick as ye within Exacteth & Requireth pr —
   Wm Ffrisby Sherf
    And the afd Deft~. in his proper person appeared to the afd Sciri facias
   and prayd liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to Answer at next Cort.
   which was granted the Same day was given the Plts also in like manner
   At which Said next Court viz.t the fifteenth day of November ye Same
   year last mentioned the [illegible] Cause was Continued untill next Cort.
     At which Said next Court vizt this twenty fourth day of March—
   Anno Domi 1715 Came the afd Plts by Thomas Bowne their attry
   and the Said Deft being Solemnly Called [Cam]e not nor hath Said no:
  :thing in barr of the afd Sciri facias whereby the Said Plts may Still
   remaine undefended Therefore it is Considered by the~
   Court here vizt. the Same day last mentioned That for the afd. Sume.
   of tenn pounds Sterling Debt Afd And for the Sume of four hundred
   Sixty Six pounds of Tobacco Cost on the Judgm.t afd and also the Sume
   of three hundred thirty Eight pounds of Tobacco Cost~ on thes Sciri —
   facias Expended the afd Plaintifs have an Execution awarded ag.st
   the afd Deft Daniel Pearce &ca.

    Nathl Hynson | This being an accõn of Trespass upon the Case The
           at | afd Plt. Came into Court in his proper person and Sai[th]
    James Doarn | that the accõn afd Between them is agreed and prays

   all proceedings therein Cease &ca
   William Howard | To Rendr Accompt as Bayliff the Same —
           at | Standing on the Tryal Docket The afd Plt by
   Henry Elliott — | Thomas Bowne his attry Comes into Court and —
