   Tob:o Cost by the afd Plt about his Suite in this behalfe laid out &
   expended and by the Court here of his assent adjudged And the Said
   Deft in mercy &ca —
   And now Comes into Court the afd Plt. and Acknowledges to -
   have Recd of the afd Deft~. the Sume of one Thousand pounds
   of Tobacco part of the Judgment afd

           at | Planter alis Dics Tho Pindergrass of Kent~.
   Tho Pindergrass | County Planter was Summoned to Answer unto
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | Cap.t Edward Plestoe of the Same County of a plea
   that he render to him ye full and just Sum of two thousand pounds of.
   good Sound Merchantable leafe Tobacco in Casque which from him
   he unjustly detains &ca. And Whereupon the afd Edward by Thomas
   Bowne his attry. Saith that whereas ye afd Deft~. ye first day of Janry
   in the Year of our Lord Christ Seventeen hundred & thirteen at the
   Parish of St. Paul in Kent County afd within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court
