                                              June Court 1714
   Taxed by this Court and that he may Amend his Decln which is granted. this
   Court orders that ye Said Plt pay to the Said Deft ye Sume of fifty pounds .
   of Tobacco for Costs. &ca.    and the Demur.r is withdrawn-   And the Sd.
   Deft. by John Johnson his attorney prays Liberty to imparle over untill next
   next Court which is granted ye Same Day is given ye Plt in like manner.
   Thomas Macnemara |   Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the.
           at | Seventh day of November in the twelfth year of the.
   David Young Exr. of | Reigne of her now Majestie Anne &ca. That he take
   Mary Pope               | David Young late of Kent County Planter Executer of ye
   Last will & Testament of Mary Pope late of Kent County Widdow deced if he —
   Should be found in his Baylwick & him Safe keepe So that ye have his body
   before her Said Majesties Justices of our next Court to be held at our Court house~
   in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Thomas Macnemara of —
   a plea of Trespass upon the Case and that he have then and there the.
   Said writt &ca.    Att which Said next Court vizt. the Second Day of March
   ye Same year Last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came James —
   Harris Gentleman high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in—
   these words thereon endorsed as folls vizt Cepi Corpus pr Ja Harris Shf
   and a Declaration being fild when Said writ Issued and a Copy thereof.
   Served therew.th According to Act of Assembly in Such Case made was as followeth
   vizt. Kent County Ss Edward Young late of Kent County planter Executor of ye.
   last will & Testament of Mary Pope late of Kent County widdow deced was
   attached to Answer unto Thomas [Macnemara] of a plea of Trespass upon the
   Case—.    and Whereupon ye Said Thomas Macnemara by Thomas—
   Bowne his attorney [Complaineth that] whereas ye Said Mary Pope in her Life
   time (To witt) ye tenth day of [September?] in ye year of our Lord God one
   Thousand Seven hundred and Seven at [Annapolis & Kent County?] and within
   ye Jurisdiccõn afd Stood Justly Indebted unto the Said Thomas Macnemara in
   three Thousand two hundred pounds of Tobacco Two thousand Eight Hundred
   pounds of Tobacco part thereof being for Sundry fees due to ye Said Thomas —
   Macnemara for attorneys ffees for Sueing Prosecuteing and Defending
