                                                      June Court 1714                                               15  
   may give Special Bayle to the above Accõn which is granted and that William Frisby .
   Gentleman high Sherrife of Said County keep the Said Deft in Safe Custody untill
   he Shall give Special Bayle to ye above Accon—
        After which John Clark [?] of Said County here in Court Cometh & becometh Bayle
   & doth undertake for the Said Peter Massey ye Payment of the Damages &
   Costs if it Shall happen that the Said John Heyden Shall obtaine Judgment
   against the Said Peter Massey in the Said Accõn of Trespass upon the Case and
   the Said Peter ye Condemnation Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody
   of the Sherf of Said County deliver or that the Said John Clark ye body of the
   Said Peter Shall not Render &ca.
        and the Said Deft by Francis Cooke his attorney appear to the above.
   Accõn & prays Liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to Answer at next Court
   which is granted the Same day is given the Plt. in like manner &ca —
        Proclamation that the Tryal Docket is going to be Called over viz
   William Pott. Plt. |   This being an Accõn Standing on the tryal Docket and
           at | a Decln being fild in Said Accõn But now at this Cort.
   Philip Pearse Deft    | Cause ye Said Plt in proper person and Saith that—
   the above Accõn is agreed Between them and prays it may be so entred
   the Same Accõn agreed and that all proceedings [therein?] Cease &ca——
   Benj Brain . | Trespass on ye Case |   John [Ellis] Plt- | This being an Accõn
        at | The Same is by this |           at | Standing on ye Tryal
   Alsop Robinson | Court Continued untill |   [Josia] Crouch Deft | Dockett and a .
 ———————— | next—————— |   ———————— | Decln being fild in
   the Same [Decln?] now at this Court Came ye Said Plt in his proper person~
   into Court and Saith that the [above Accon between?] is agreed & prays it may
   be So entred [As?] being agreed & that all proceedings therein Cease &ca——
   John Ellis Plt . |   This being an Accon Standing on ye tryal Dockett &
           at | a Decln being fild in ye Same [Accon now?] at this Court Came
   Josia Crouch Deft | ye Said Plt in his proper person into Court and Saith—
   that the above Accõn between them to agreed & that all proceedings therein-
   Cease &ca ———
   John Ward & Fras Cooke |   Decln plea Demurr The Plt by Francis Cooke
             at | his attorney prays that he pay Costs to be —
   William Ringgold . | taxed
