Mr Lambert Wilmer takes his place & Sits on ye bench Proclamation Tryal Docket going to be Called over viz
Bowne his attry complains for that whereas the afd Mary the fourth day of June Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and fourteen at St Pauls Parish in Kent County afd within ye Jurisdiciõn of this Court was & Stood Indebted to the afd William in the Sume of thirtten hundred and fifty pounds of Tobacco for the like Sum of Tobacco before due to the Sd William from a Certain Samuel Exell and by the Said Mary before that: time with the Said William on behalfe of the Said Samuel agreed to pay to ye Said William and So being & remaining Indebted the afd Mary In Consideration thereof on the afd fourth day of June in the year afd at ye Parish in ye County and Jurisdiciõn afd upon herselfe assumed & to the Said William then & there last |
