   made return that he had Ready twelve &ca. who being Called Likewise Came
   vizt. Thomas Hynson John Greenwood John Underhill John Green John~
   Talbott Arthur Foreman George Reed William Jones Daniel Cooley Abra:
   ham Ambrose John Faning & John Williams who being duely Elected
   tryd & Sworn and haveing heard the pleadings Evidences and allega:
  :tions on both Sides the Court gives them a Charge who with draw to Con~
  :sider and after Some time do againe Return to the barr and being
   Called over do all appear as also the Prosecuter and the afd William—
   Darby. And the Jury being asked whether they are agreed on a verdict~
   do Say they are agreed and being Asked whether the Prisoner at the
   barr is guilty or not guilty as Stands Indicted do Say he is not Guilty
   as he Stands Indicted And by Thomas Hynson there foreman all So -
   Say .  .    .    Thomas Bowne attry for the afd William prays Judgment
   on the Verdict afd Therefore it is Considered by the Court here
   vizt. this twenty third day of March Anno Domini one Thousand Seven
   hundred and Ffifteen That the afd William Darby as to the afd
   Indicted be therefrom acquited and go thereof without day but~.
   that he pay the Sume of Eighteen hundred Sixty and Six pds
   of Tobacco Cost ariseing on the premises afd ——
   James Brewer an Evid.e against the afd William Darby Comes
   into Court and takes his Corporall Oath on the holy Evangilists of
   Almighty God and Saith that he Attended this Court as an Evide.
   for the King at the Said William Darby tenn days. ordered that
   the afd William Darby Pay unto the afd James Brewer the
   Sume of Three hundred pounds of Tobacco for his attendance
   as afd ———————

   M.r Alexander Williamson brings into Court a Serv.t boy Called
   James Chaird which Came into the Country with Capt William Rock~
   without Indentures and prays that this Court will adjudge him —
   Therefore it is Considered by the Court here viz this twenty third
