   Judgment afd. and when Executed to bring her into Court againe after
   which the Same day last mentioned Came the afd Sherf with the
   afd Mary and returnd that he had Executed the Stripes as by his -
   precept it was Commanded ——
   ordered by the Court here that the afd M.r William Blay be allow[:]
  :ed for trouble in Lying in, loss of time and disgrace of his house~.
   ordered by the Court here that the afd Mary Lavender Serve.
   her Said Master at the Expiration of her time (She is now to Serve[)]
   the Space and time of Six months   ordered by this Court~
   here that the afd Mary Lavender be delivered up at the Expi :
  :ration of her time to the Court or Sherf as the Act of assembly .

             at | to the then next Court. And the Same being Con:
   William Darby | :tinued untill this Court. And now at this Court the

   ordered by this Court that his Recoge and his Sureties Recog.e for his apce.
   be disch &ca. William Darby afd his Recog.e taken in the Sume of
   tenn pounds Sterlg to be Levey’d &ca. Conditionally that if he did not~
   make his personall ap.ce at the then next Court and to Answ.r unto a Cer:
  :tain bill of Indictm.t found ag.st him for hogg Stealing and in the mean
   time he was to be of good behaviour &ca. and no person Shewing to -
   this Court any reason why the Same Should not be Discharged This Co.rt
   here discharges the Same Recognizance Likewise John Evans &
   John Caisly [?] at the Same time Entred into Recogniz.es Each in the -
   Sume of five pounds Sterlg &ca. to be Leveyed &ca. if in Case the afd
   William Darby did not appear and answ.r as Afd and that in the
   meane time he was to be of good behaviour &ca. This Court here
   discharges the Same Recognizances Each of them &ca—
   The afd being Indicted by the Grand Jury last March Court for
   Stealing Sixteen hoggs of the price of Nine hundred and Sixty
   pounds of Tobacco of a person unknown and now at this Court
